Demon Hill = Mountain of Fun

Last weekend many museums all over Los Angeles opened their doors for free. So after doing some homework on which museum to attend I settled on the Hammer.  Although proximity to my apartment was the main driving force in selecting the Hammer ultimately it was the nauseating (in a good way if there was a good way) Demon HIll exhibit by Julian Hoebar that made me grab the car keys.

A disorienting and playful experience, the interactive jungle gym-ish exhibit had me pushing 5 year olds to the ground so I too could enjoy the gravitational mystery of the hellish box. Certainly a joyful experience and well worth a trip to the Hammer on its own. NOTE: LIKE SWIMMING DONT VISIT THE EXHIBIT WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF EATING.
